Wubbanub Pacifier Review

Sour: Price, Cannot be used with any pacifier, Doesn’t have a curved pacifier attached

I bought a Wubbanub pacifier about 2 months ago, because it was just so cute. Initially this did nothing for my little guy, but now that Little G is 5 months old, he has really become attached to it. I think this is mainly because he has learned what a pacifier is…and how to get it in. It really is adorable to see him using it.

Would I buy this again. Maybe.

The weight of this is perfect. It doesn’t fall too far, and the size is great. Because of the animal body it gives little hands a lot to grab on to.

It cost me $12. I would not have minded this, but the Soothie style pacifier is sewn into it. You cannot attach just any old pacifier you have. I personally prefer the Gumdrop pacifiers, as they are molded to fit Little G’s face, where the Soothie is not, so it is unintentionally pulled out by flailing hands much more often. I thought of sewing my own gumdrop pacifier into it, but I didn’t really want to put the effort in.

Why would I maybe buy it again? Well, basically I am a sucker for just how cute it is and Little G does seem to like it a lot now.

Update: A year later, while I still agree with my earlier review, I’m glad I made this purchase. This quickly became his favorite pacifier to carry around and use. It stayed super adorable the entire time 🙂
