I have finally admitted that I am no good at Not Me Mondays, I just forget too much. Some of the other bloggers are so good at this…witty, entertaining  and other things mine weren’t. Even D said he wasn’t a fan of my Not Me Mondays. So instead, I am going to enlighten you with things you shouldn’t do, that maybe just maybe I did today.
I probably won’t do this every week, but I do make a lot of mistakes especially when we decide to do home projects.
To Don't copy

Some people have To Do lists. This is my To Don’t list.
1. When installing child safety locks, take care you don’t drill through the cabinet. Whoops!
2. Don’t buy the wrong bulbs for your super awesome new bathroom light/fan.
3. If the baby poops first thing in the morning, don’t assume that he’s done for the day. Then when he poops the second time, again don’t assume he’s done. And even when he’s pooped for the third time still don’t assume that he’s done. I guess don’t assume is the key to this one.
4. Don’t put the plastic colander down on the hot stove burner…whoops.
What would you put on your To Don’t list today?

I love your writing, and I think it IS very witty! I'm particularly a fan of today's post– I love the "don't assume baby is done pooping" topic the best. My daughter has been known to poop 4, 5, even 6 times in a day– and she's far from that newborn "poop all the time" stage!!

I swear the baby books said that he would be down to 1 a day or even every 2 days. Whose child are they talking about? I think they lie. It's good to know that I am not alone, though.

Hahaha! I almost burned my house down last night, too! I got out of bed to make some Theraflu, but it seems that I turned the wrong burner on and the one that I did turn on had a piece of cardboard from the pizza I made for dinner laying on it. After I put the cardboard out and turned on the exhaust fan on, in wanders my (firefighter) husband and my dog to find out what's burning.
The moral of the story, DON'T leave the trash from the pizza box on the stove!

I love it! You're a woman after my heart…lol. We have one of those flat top deals, and I am constantly putting the mail on it. (Usually it's the only clean place). D has a fit because someday I will burn down our house. I am honestly trying to be better at it. But I am a creature of habit…

In my defense, I meant I am not a fan of the whole Not Me Monday concept (no offense bloggers who use that or like reading it!). It just isn't my style… maybe I just don't get it. I am, however, a fan of To Don't Tuesdays!
