Yesterday someone asked me “Are you ok?”

Yes…how come?

You just seem so run down, and not your normal self anymore…

confused look (WHAT?)

Well since you’ve been back from having the baby you just haven’t seemed your normal happy, perky self…

Well you know, I haven’t been sleeping very well… (Thanks for pointing this out…person whom I don’t know very well…)

Apparently not only do I feel quite tired, but I look like crap too!

Not to mention run down is a terrible way to say someone looks, it much more than tired. Doesn’t run down refer to being run down…by a car?? So that means I look like road kill today. Yay for me.

I’m going to chalk this up to this person not knowing me very well…and not seeing her very often.

I feel like myself. I think I am anyway. I wonder if I look like “run down” to anyone else?

Thank you for visiting from New Friend Friday!

Some people are just big ol' boobs aren't they and don't think about what they say! I don't take anything personally anymore. I just move on about my day!

    Take care and Happy Easter!

P.S. Sooo glad to hear you still get an Easter basket!

I definitely laughed out loud at the big ol' boobs part! Thanks 🙂

Ugh…I'm sorry and I feel your pain. People at work have said to me, "are you feeling OK?". As if you can be well rested and have an infant at home? I don't think that can be done, right? As long as you feel good, who cares what someone from work thinks?
