Tomorrow I am cooking. I must. We have not eaten at home in 4 days. That’s 4 days of huge amounts of calories that didn’t need to be. Money we didn’t need to spend.
Arby’s, Italian, Mother’s day brunch, I don’t even remember them all. It’s really bad.
I am trying to be healthy, but this time around I want to eat everything in sight. Everything and anything. I was hungry so I opened the freezer… mmmm, hotdogs! I was able to contain myself, but then I moved on to the fridge mmm, cheese! CHEESEDOG! It was so tempting and difficult not to eat that. I am still drooling over it two days later. But it was 10:30pm.
So tomorrow I am going to find something in the freezer and cook it. I will try to stay away from pasta and ice cream. But I make no promises.
Any ideas on a quick and vaguely healthy meal? What do you do when you don’t want anything you have in your fridge?
