This week I am taking a class that focuses on your personality type and how you can best use that in the work environment.

I am considered a high I, which means I have high influencing skills. I am high energy, like to come up with ideas, have terrible follow through and am a people person in general. I figured this much about myself but it’s nice to have it confirmed. The class is working on how to apply your strengths and also how to work with your weaknesses.

I find it amazing that G has shown his personality tendencies from so early on. He is definitely my child and all about being a high I also. i’m sure he won’t have the rest of my makeup, but we do share the I.

It’s funny how early these things do show up. They don’t take years. Right from the start they have a personality all their own.

G is completely outgoing, he shows off for people and loves the attention. And because he is still so young it’s easy to tell that people energize him and don’t drain him. If there are people around, he goes crazy running and laughing. He is an complete extrovert. This makes it difficult to get him to bed when anyone else is around, but it does make for a VERY fun child.
