For Christmas this year we received a raclette. In case you aren’t familiar with this, it’s party style eating, somewhat similar to fondue. Our friends Mike and Julie were coming over so we thought this would a prime and gluten free time to use the raclette.
Basically you grill meats and veggies on the top, and melt cheese or cook veggies in little pans. We had a blast with this.
It was a little tough on Big Brother because he had to watch it cook, but wasn’t able to eat it right away. Once the food starting coming off, he was happy as a clam.
For our raclette dinner we had beef, chicken, pork, turkey sausage and lamb. The red and green peppers, mushrooms, onions and garlic. And you can’t forget the cheese, there was diary free pepper jack and regular cheddar.
