Big Changes. Big. Huge.

Big changes are coming for The Mom Road. Big. Huge. (This is me channeling Julia Roberts a la Pretty Woman, can you picture it?) Anyway, there are some major things going to happening to this little blog. My little corner of the internet has been so sadly ignored. When I started this blog I had so much to say, so much I wanted to do with the blog. I had no idea of the work it took to actually say what you wanted to say or the time. And even though I still have a ton to say, those blog posts just sit in my head never to be typed out. I’m just not ready to go yet, I won’t throw in the towel.

Instead, I’m going to get reinforcements! That’s right, my extra commas and I will no longer be alone on this blog. The Mom Road is changing direction. I won’t be adding 1 or 2 but 3! new bloggers. I am so over the moon excited for this. Over. The. Moon. Each of us comes from a different background and a slightly different parenting styles (1 still yet to be decided). The new bloggers will be Crystal, Jamy and Jen.
These aren’t just any new bloggers though, these are my real life friends. Friends that have been there through all of my silliness and whining combined. They have each challenged me to be a better woman and mother and I am so happy that you will also be able to get to know them. I hope you enjoy reading all the wonderful things these ladies are going to bring to the blog.

The Mom Road won’t be much different in content. I feel that being a mom seeps into everything in my life and therefore I write about it all; parenting, craftiness, recipes, faith etc. You will still see quite a mix of this from these awesome new bloggers. However you will see more of these things since I won’t be neglecting this little spot anymore.
